The iconic Hotel Steyne is one of Sydney’s largest venues, selling huge numbers of kegs per week during the peak summer period. A 76-tap glycol chilling system servicing 7 bars and 3 keg rooms, the chiller system has 4 separate glycol tanks and multiple air compressors running an extensive beer pump system. The system design allows the heat load to be effectively managed during the busiest trading conditions.
